FOUNDATION MIRÓ
The Espai 13 opens his doors to the Japanesse young creation through five exhibitions curated by Hélène Kelmachter: "Kawaii! Japan now". Barcelona, until the 20th July of 2008.
FOUNDATION FRANCISCO GODIA
Miquel Barceló in the private collections. The exhibition gathers more than forty works of the Majorcan artist that belong to Spanish collectors. Barcelona, until the 5th January of 2008.
MNAC
Yves Tanguy. This exhibition counts with about 200 works of this French artist, one of the big figures of the surrealist movement. Barcelona, until the 13th January of 2008.
MACBA
Under the bomb. The jazz of the transatlantic war of images. 1946-1956. The show wants to compare and to contrast the art produced in France and in the United States during these years in which New York substituted Paris as a main center of modern art. Barcelona, until the 7th January of 2008.

NATIONAL MUSEUM REINA SOFIA
Paula Rego. The exhibition appeals the artistic trajectory of this recognized Portuguese artist through important groups of works of every period. Until the 30th December.
MUSEUM OF THE PRADO
The 19th century in the Prado. With this big sample the museum opens officially its enlargement, giving back the light more than 100 works that had been hidden during a long period. Until the 20th April of 2008.
REAL ACADEMY OF ARTS OF SAN FERNANDO
The Modern Portrait in Spain (1906-1936). Exhibition organized by the Santander Foundation, which shows the evolution of the portrait during this period across sixty works of artists as important as Picasso, Dalí, Sorolla, Zuloaga or Juan Gris. Until the 2nd December.
FOUNDATION JUAN MARCH
The abstraction of the landscape. From the northern romanticism to the abstract expressionism. It gathers 124 works on paper of 26 European and North American artists, like Friedrich, Rothko or Munch. Until the 13th January of 2008.
