PSICOLOGY WORKSHOP: "IN DIALOG WITH MY FEARS. FROM THE INSIDE "
Intensive workshop of personal research imparted by the therapist, homeópata and social educator Carmen Boó Fernández de Castro. The experience of the loss is linked to the life and does not look own or of a loved being only in the moment of the death. We will appeal in a practical way the different losses that we suffer already are emotional, materials, vital, the loss of the identity or of the meaning of the life, also of the dreams or the illusions, etc This Way we will work different emotions that constitute any process in mourning as: the negation, the fault, the emptiness, etc, so that they can be reconstructed to find sense in this part of the life. The workshop will have several exercises to reestablish the basic confidence, also with practical cases and spaces of debate and shared reflection. The following contents will be treated: Basic concepts: The cycle of the life. The concept of happiness. The names of the must-not-be-named: pain, death, misfortune, failure, loss. The grief as cure of the loss. Rituals of life and hope: thanking, to forgive, to share, to teach, to learn. The creativity as a synonym of vital satisfaction and of bond with the life. Reading Workshop centered on the book of Mercè Rodoreda 'La Plaça del Diamant', imparted by the Catalan philologist and teacher of Catalan Language and Literature Helena Arnedo. The sessions will go accompanied of its corresponding dossier and of a literary itinerary through the neighborhoods of Grace and Sant Gervasi. Nowadays, Barcelona is a modern and cosmopolitan city, changing and open to the world. In its streets, however, we still find the imprints that the time has kept on leaving: from the mediaeval splendor, passing through the stroke of the genius of the Modernism, without forgetting the signals of shadier periods of our history.
